About SCRA

The South Coast Referee Association is a nonprofit mutual benefit organization committed to the education and fellowship of all referees. 

Membership is open to ALL referees: however, you must be certified by USSF to be assigned to officiate USSF affiliated matches.

SCRA assigns youth and adult games in tournaments sponsored by Orange County soccer clubs, as well as Coast Soccer League (CSL), Southern California Developmental Soccer League (SCDSL), Elite Soccer League (ESL), Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), Elite Clubs Regional League (ECRL), Girl's Academy (GA), Development Player League (DPL), Elite Academy League (EAL), National Premier League (NPL West and NPL SW), Laguna Niguel Football Association (LNFA) the City of San Clemente and the City of Irvine men's and coed adult leagues.

The SCRA's primary geographical coverage is that part of Orange County that lies between Irvine and San Clemente.
